Bébé Ô Chaud wishes to mention that all the photos taken on the online store are for example only. These are our products, but we can not guarantee the location of the patterns and / or designs on the products. It goes without saying that we design our products from fabrics and the location of patterns and / or designs will be unique to each design.

Discounted products

It’s important to note that when you make the purchase of a discounted product, it’s considered as a final sale. It’s therefore impossible to make a return for an exchange or a refund.

Delivery times

Bébé Ô Chaud products are all made to order. It takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks to make and deliver your product. Delivery times may be shorter if your item is in inventory and longer during busy periods.

Delivery

Bébé Ô Chaud always makes the choice between Canada Post and Purolator, opting for the fastest and least expensive. Once your order has been sent, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can check the expected delivery date.

Bébé Ô Chaud is not responsible for the no-reading or the loss of the Canada Post and Purolator delivery notice. If you are not present during the delivery, you can pick up your parcel at the office assigned to your district. Plus, with Purolator, you have the option to schedule a second free delivery to the area you reside.

If you do not take in consideration the delivery date provided with the tracking number and you do not pick up your package at the designated office, as indicated on a delivery sheet left at your door, we are not responsible for the costs that could cause. If the package is returned to us, you will have to pay a 2nd delivery in order to have access to a 2nd delivery to your home.

Bébé Ô Chaud is therefore free of all returns of goods due to a no-collection by the customer.

 

Shipping

Purolator or Canada Post will be used to ship your order. Each delivery comes with signature to prevent your package being left on the edge of your door. If you wish to receive your parcel WITHOUT signature and that your parcel is left in front of the door (bad weather or flight) bébé Ô Chaud is released from the responsibility of the loss of your parcel when the said parcel leaves the workshop. You must mention it in the comment box during your checkout.

Since all Bébé Ô Chaud products are made to measure, they are not refundable or exchangeable.
If we sent an item in the wrong size and/or wrong colour, please write to info@bebeochaud.com for the return procedure.
If you receive a defective item, please make sure to keep the label of the product in question and write to info@bebeochaud.com as soon as possible. Items delivered and received in perfect condition which break within maximum 30 days after receipt will only be repaired if caused by a manufacturing defect. You will be responsible for transportation costs. In that case, please contact info@bebeochaud.com.

Return policy

When we buy through the Web, we sometimes do not choose the right size. You always have the opportunity to return the product you have purchased. With Bébé Ô Chaud, we offer you the exchange service (no refund). Please take the time to read the following terms and conditions carefully to learn about the fees, depending on the circumstances:

  • the costs for returning your product to our workshop (the return) is your responsibility;
  • the costs to send you the new product following an exchange (re-sending) is also your responsibility.

Take note that Bébé Ô Chaud offers exchange service only (no refund). You have then 2 weeks, following the reception of your order, to let us know. Your product must still have its label and must be in exactly the same condition as when you received your package. No custom products are traded, they are final sales. The exchanges are made of the same article, but in a different size. For any exchange, you will pay the cost of real re-sending and not the preferential rate offered in our online store.

You ordered a product from our website www.bebeochaud.com and you did not receive the right item or do you realize that it does not match the description at all? The mistake is normal and we apologize when it happens. In this case, please notify us immediately of the situation. You can then return the product and request an exchange. We will send you the right product with special attention. ALL shipping costs incurred are Bébé Ô Chaud’s responsibility.

You made an order in our online shop and you are disappointed with your choice? It sometimes happens that we do not imagine the product pictured. You can make the decision to return it to us, but you will assume the return shipping costs. We will then make a product exchange. The actual re-sending costs will be your responsibility as well.

Do you receive one of our products with a visible manufacturing defect upon receipt? Despite the time we spend checking and validating orders, it may happen that we have not noticed. You must then notify us by email at info@bebeochaud.com that you are returning the product to us. We will proceed with the repair. The costs of return and re-send will of course be provided by Bébé Ô Chaud.
